The Joe Baca Foundation an organization founded by Rialto Councilman Joe Baca, Jr. in 2006.. Has been on a mission to enrich our community through sponsoring community programs such as a Youth Baseball Team, Fitness Clinic, Scholarship Programs, Organized Toy Drives and Turkey Days.

The Joe Baca Foundation has once again shown that their passion is helping sustain and improve the lives of many families that reside in the Inland Empire. On December 17, 2011 The Joe Baca Foundation had a Toy & Bicycle Giveaway.  Treating these youth and their families that were identified by non-profit organizations as being in need.

For these families these Christmas gifts lifted the spirits for both the children and adults who might have not been able to provide toys for their children this year, due to the current economic climate. Many of these families have been worrying more about keeping food, shelter and caring for their children’s basic needs.

The Joe Baca Foundation on this day in addition to distributing toys and bicycles to children, provided holiday meals to these families.
