(RIVERSIDE, Calif.)  A local group of volunteers is collecting medical supplies desperately needed by residents of Haiti, and will travel there personally next month to make sure the supplies are delivered. The group consists primarily of members of the Kansas Avenue Seventh-day Adventist Church in Riverside.  For some of the group members, this will be their second trip to Haiti since the Jan. 12th earthquake. Climbing High, an online newsletter from Guides Network, puts it rather succinctly: “…there is no such thing as a healthy tan.” Most of us know skin cancer is growing at an alarming rate. “There is an epidemic of non-melanoma skin cancer in the United States,” reported Dr. Howard Rogers of Advanced Dermatology in Norwich, Connecticut.
