Young lady’s came from cities far and near to Big 8 field in Lancaster, CA. to compete in a 19 team, double elimination tournament with the top four finishers qualifying for the Regional in San Diego next month. Rialto All-Stars Earn Emotional Victory Over West Covina

By Marcelle Baber (Charter Oak, California) Sports are played with passion and emotion, and they both were evident Saturday evening in a softball game that matched Rialto (U12) Girls All-Star team against West Covina. All I can say is “What a game it was, indeed.” Both teams played very hard. West Covina’s Naomi Hunt got the scoring started in the bottom half of the first inning by getting on base and scoring on two throwing errors by Rialto.
