The Joe Baca Foundation Brightens Up The Holidays For Many Inland Families

On December 17, 2011, the Joe Baca Foundation provided holiday meals and distributed toys and bicycles to local children.  Local non-profit organizations helped idenfity families in need.  Pictured are Rialto Councilman Joe Baca, Jr.and a recipient of a brand new bike.

Young lady’s came from cities far and near to Big 8 field in Lancaster, CA. to compete in a 19 team, double elimination tournament with the top four finishers qualifying for the Regional in San Diego next month. All I can say is “What a game it was, indeed.” Both teams played very hard. Rialto (U12) Girls All-Star Team Bats To Victory

Charter Oak- P. Solis had her way offensively, to lead a well balanced attack, as the Rialto girl all-star team pounded out an 9-0 win over Eastvale for their second victory in pool play during the Charter Oak tournament Friday evening. P. Solis went 2-for-2 with two singles, two RBI, while scoring two runs herself. Rialto started slowly, scoring one run in the first inning, then turning it on, scoring eight more runs over the next three innings to blow the game open.
